I had a great stay at Hotel Cason Del Tormes, thanks to its fantastic location near Gran Via and major attractions. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day exploring Madrid. However, I found the breakfast to be a bit overpriced for what was offered, which was disappointing.

Rooms

My superior queen room was comfortably sized, very clean, and well-maintained, although the air conditioning directed cold air right over the bed, which was slightly uncomfortable. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet.

The hotel had functional facilities, including a coffee machine in the lobby that added a nice touch. However, there were issues with the coffee machine being out of order at times, and I missed having a coffee maker in my room.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at Hotel Cason Del Tormes. The location was excellent, just a short walk from major attractions, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. However, the breakfast left something to be desired with its late opening time, which caused inconvenience during my early departures. Overall, a good experience, but the breakfast timing needs improvement.
